Pets: As usual there are pets on MicRO, but on our server pets use skills from time to time and help the pet's owner in battle. So it might be helpful to get a strong one ... ;)
Idle Timer: To prevent users from leeching themselves, we installed a so called "idle timer". Whenever you use party share with you party and someone starts doing nothing for some time, that one won't get exp anymore. "Doing nothing" in this case means, that you are either don't move / use skills / use items for longer then 45 secounds or you are opening a vending shop or chatroom.
Party-Exp-Boost: To make teamplay more attractive we added an exp-boost for parties. You get 40% additional exp-points for each member in your party.
Quest Exp: Not every player likes to level with killing monsters only so we increased quest's exp rate to 10. This means you get ten times more exp then you usually would get from a quest.
